“Direct plumbing helped me over a decade ago, and Mike did a good job. Fast forward to 2025... I've grown and worked hard and bought another property.
The first thing I did was call Mike for some plumbing repairs. Long story short, the two guys (Jake and Nate) who were on point, started normal repairs - and even found some other issues (THANK YOU!) - then when it was time for the heavier repairs, Mike showed up and had an additional two team members with him, for a total of five. I was not billed for that presence, no, he was using the situation as an opportunity to teach. On a scale from one to five, Direct Plumbing is a *SIX*. Mike has fostered a company that always looks for opportunities to improve the skills of its employees under the supervision and tutelage of craftsmen who hold mastery-level in their craft.

Fast forward to September 2024, we were immensely satisfied with the tremendous work done on multiple projects: sewer line cleanout, replacement of spigots, which involved winterizing the water lines, adding cutoff valves and last but certainly not least, blasting calcium deposits in the kitchen lines. George, Mark and Scott are grade A superstar talent. May you get your just recognition and more. Wait for it ...we are looking at another major improvement project. “I have a great review to share. They came out within 3 hours from the time we called. It wasn't Adam, but two younger gentlemen. They tried through the floor drain, because that's where the water was coming out, but no luck. Went in through the toilet in the basement and BAM.. got the clog! They made sure nothing got too nasty (obviously floors have to be mopped) They were ever so gracious as we had to move stuff and we loved their kindness.
