However, I am encouraged after HVAC tech Grant fixed a problem this week that seemed to stump even the manufacturer and took over a month to find a solution. Grant was HONEST, personable, confident, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain details to this senior citizen and ACTUALLY showed me what the solution was.
