Not a simple install, not an optimal hour of the day. But Costel with Sharp came out at 10pm to replace our sump pump (sealed system for radon). He did a great job, was courteous, and was on his way after about an hour. I'm down with a broken shoulder and Sharp saved my basement from flooding. Wife is happy = so are the rest of us!
