“I’ve been using the East Lansing location for a few years now. When I go for my annual checkups, I see the same staff there, it’s not a ‘revolving door’ type of employment. The staff (reception, billing, optometrist’s assistants and the optometrists) are always very friendly and exceptionally efficient in their work. Though they’re efficient, I never feel rushed and they take the time to chat and engage with their clients; all while effectively carrying out their duties. “I've been going here for a few years now. I like this place even better than my hometown eye doctor that I grew up going to. Staff has always been very efficient, and even when I was there the other day and they had signs up warning that they were understaffed/wait times might be longer, I was still able to get in and out fairly quickly. They pretty much have things down to a science. In addition, despite them being so busy, the employees there were very sweet and conversational, and didn't make me feel like their time was more important that getting my needs met. They've never made me feel pressured to do or buy anything EVER, they've always given me my options, and accept my answers without trying to push anything, which is a vastly different experience than I've had with ANY other eye doctor.
It's a pretty big building with quite a few people (patients and staff), so I remember that being a little intimidating when I first got there, but they really have things down to a science, so don't let it keep you from going here! They're fantastic!“
