Office staff was very friendly, I had a little problem with filling out paperwork, wasn’t sure how to answer some of the questions. It girl at front desk helped.I saw Dr Samuel he was warm and kind. Did not rush me in or out. Gave me plenty of time to explain everything. He had a great bed side manor.
I had a wonderful experience with my first time at the Hand Surgery with both Dr. DOROCHI and DR. HASS. They explained what was going to happened including the pain that I was going to have. They both had bright positive attitudes although they knew I was scared of needles. The entire staff was great.
I like trust Dr Haas and his staff, he explains everything to in detail so that you can understand your problem, his staff works to get you in right a way if you need to be seen immediately. I would recommend to my family and friends in a heart beat.
