When going to a doctor is my second least favorite thing to do in life, coming in a close 2nd to going to the dentist... The medical staff here, always make it a pleasant experience. I have found myself making (and keeping) appointments where, in the past, on many occasions I've pushed back or skipped all together.. These guys can definitely make the best of a unpleasant, often embarrassing situation.

The doctor and nurse practitioners are fantastic. They need to work on training some of the employees who answer the phones and schedule appointments. I would rather book online than speak with some of them because they can be unpleasant.
Dr. Saad and his assistant Zahara at the front desk are absolutely exceptional! The level of care, attention, and follow-up they provide is truly above and beyond. They genuinely care about their patients’ well-being and go the extra mile to make sure you’re on the fastest possible path to recovery.
