“I'm currently going through many health challenges. Too many to try and explain here. Recently I was in a lot of pain due to one of the conditions I'm going through and I even considered going to an emergency room because I was desperate. I was in rough shape when I walked into the office without an appointment. Without they hesitation put me on the list and after a brief wait his staff was able to fit me to see the Doctor and get the care I needed. Dr. Nordyke is very understanding and caring Doctor. He's also undoubtedly competent and knows all the challenges that I'm currently facing. He's always upbeat and he never fails to give me great advice and encouragement. I couldn't ask for more.“

“Once I arrived at the office and signed in I was called back to the examination room even before I sat down in the waiting room. I didn't have to wait at all. There was a little wait in the examination room but the resident doctor came in to start the exam while we waited for Doctor Singer who was held up in another exam room. Doctor Singer did spend time with me not hurrying the exam and answered my questions. He exhibited concern over my issues and spent time explaining things to me.“

“NP Lewis is an amazing person and professional physician! She is thorough with her exam and she is generous with her time if I could give her 50 stars, I would she’s amazing. She wrote out my husband’s meds and how to take them. She gave us instructions to come see her no appointment needed if we needed anything. She wanted us to come see her before going to ER, if she could help avoid ER for us she would. She also encourages us to come in even if we don’t have set appointments. We also recommended our friends and family to see NP Lewis. She’s the best physician we have ever patronized!“

I’ve found them dishonest on my bill multiple times. During a single visit, several payments were charged for the same treatment. I’ll definitely avoid this clinic in the future. Furthermore, they don’t answer calls, and when they do, they never follow up to resolve the issue. To top it off, they sent me the bill with late payment charges.“

“I’ve had such a great experience at Pinnacle Dearborn. The nurses here are always kind, patient, and genuinely supportive, which makes every visit so much easier. I especially want to recognize Jessica, the nurse/phlebotomist. “Originally I posted very positive review as far as the surgery went! I think Dr. Pannu is one of the best. However; the ball was dropped a few weeks after my surgery. If you enjoy living with pain post surgery you might want to try a better pharmaceutical company than BCBS's third party OptumRX!
First I was given enough pain meds to get through. I had neck bone fusion surgery with C5,C6, and C7 on February 12th, 2026. I wear a bone fusion device as well as a neck brace. The neck brace I only remove to take a shower. I wear it 24/7. When the pain meds wear off, I can't sleep because of the pain I am experencing. I slept the 1st 2 weeks upright in a chair.
Today is going on day 3 in pain, zero pain meds, still awake with no sleep and miserable as hell! I spent a total of around 7 hours on the phone between the pharmacy, insurance companies, and Dr. Pannu's office with zero results whatsoever in getting any kind of relief at all. I was in so much pain and so exhausted from everything that my wife also spent 3 hours with phone calls trying to help with zero results. I like Dr. Pannu and his staff but, this is very disappointing to say the least. I was told by his staff they would call it in to my pharmacy. That was 2 days ago. I called his office many times over the course of the last 3 days with zero results. I am suffering and I feel deserted and left to fend for myself with zero care at all. My wife and I called several times today trying to resolve my lack of pain medication issues. The last call we made today we were told Dr. Pannu is going to call the meds in himself to ensure I get the well deserved relief I need. I was wishing I went to a different specialist or hospital altogether at this point. No one should have to worry about getting the medication they need after a painful surgery. I will not be able to sleep yet again day 3 now.
I am editing this review and post based on my findings that caused my wife and I undue stress.
To be fair to Dr. Pannu and his staff, it turns out, that my insurance through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan has the 3rd party OptumRX for my prescriptions and also has limits on how much and how often a patient can receive medications even after a major surgery that can leave you without any medications for pain! I apologize to Dr.Pannu and his staff but, when I am experiencing pain and have zero medications for it for a period of 3 days, I became very frustrated and rightly so!
A patient should never have to go through what I am experiencing after a serious surgery. I rationed and minimized my medications to stretch them out and wean off of them slowly and I still ran completely out! I called days ahead to ensure I wouldn't run out and I still ran out! I only took 2 or sometimes 1 a day! To everyone reading this post, make sure the company you have for prescriptions will not have any pauses in your medication treatments! If so, find a better company to work for you! I don't recommend OptumRX!
Today I received a call from Dr. Pannu's office (day 3 without much needed medication) and my medications were finally approved!
