????? 5 Stars!!!!!?I've used this business on a couple occasions and most recently today.We were in a jam trying to Leave get out of town for our vacation and our washing machine was not working properly.I called them out and they made a special arrangement to get out here immediately to help us and got us up and running again.We could not recommend this company more!!!!!
They have the best repair person on staff! They have wonderful staff very helpful easy scheduling I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my appliance repairs and warranty work!
Chip was fast, friendly, clean and really helpful. I asked a lot of questions and he was very articulate in his answers. In addition to fixing our problem, he checked the rest of our dishwasher to make sure everything was functioning correctly. Also, the experience with scheduling was great. Everyone on the phone was really nice and helpful. I'm very happy with RSI. They will be my first call in the future.
