One of the best service calls I've encountered! Chris came out diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and returned later to install them. This man knows the product, and is highly skilled, kind and professional. He not only repaired my machine, he fixed a bow in the lid, and balanced the washer afterwards. While he was there, I asked him to listen my dryer and he assured me it was operating fine. RSI operators were wonderful in assisting my calls and setting up appointments. A great business with outstanding service!
I can’t thank everyone enough at RSI for their expertise, kindness, patience and follow through with everything they said they’d do.
Scheduling was easy. Parts arrived in a timely manner. I had multiple appointments with them. Everyone showed up within the time frame given. All had a positive attitude and tried everything to fix the problem. They worked well with the techs at SQ when needed.
The same intermittent issue lasted almost 6 mos.
Special thanks to Jill, who never gave up on trying to find a solution. She always went the extra mile.

Techs Jill and Chip were amazing, they were at my home and was very thorough and careful with my refrigerator. I would highly recommend this company they are very efficient and great people to work with. I will be calling them again for sure!!!
