So, after 24 years, my large submersible well pump died. I called at 8:15 pm (Friday night on a holiday weekend) and Mike Lalone answered the phone himself - no answering service. I explained my problem and was concerned what this repair would cost and all the "what if's".
Mike said he would assess on Saturday morning and would be here at 930 am. At 915
, Mike shows up, checks the situation and tries to go for the simple solution with minimal cost. My pump may need a new capacitor in the electrical box. Mike didn't have one in the truck but went to find one. An hour later he returns and no luck. At least he tried.
I had to go through Sunday with no water, but he promised he would be at my house by 9 am Monday.
Yes, on time. Didn't have to cut any tree branches, just maneuvered his crane/pump hoist.
I was quoted a certain price. Lalone stayed true to his word and even gave me a very small credit, which I appreciated.
The price was less than I thought it would be, the service far outweighed any other company I have ever dealt with and the quality of water is as good as it was before.
