LaLone well service replaced my pump 27 years ago when it was hit by lightning. Lately we were having low water pressure. Alex came out and said the pump was probably getting worn. Came back the next day and replaced the pump, checked everything and was done in a little over an hour. Plenty of pressure now. Very professional service and the cost was what I expected.
Our submersible pump quit operating yesterday, (Sunday), called 3 local services and LaLone was the only return call, within a half-hour of calling. Spoke with Mike and he said a tech would be out Monday morning. Chris called prior to coming out to verify info and arrived 8am or so, pulled and replaced pump with 105 ft. of new drop pipe & wiring,. had us up and running before noon, prompt service and pleasant folks to do business with!
I loved their professionalism and friendliness, especially compared to a competitor that cursed up a storm (which I wasn't offended by but found hilarious). They were QUICK to help and so kind to our kids and dogs. I hope to not have any well problems anytime soon but I sure know who to call if I do!
