I have used them twice now for new installation, lacing into existing, stairs and refinishing. Their customer service, pricing, and professional employees was a blessing. On the second time using them in 2026, there was a mistake made in the staining process in the new wood installed in the kitchen. They owned the mistake, were great in communicating and made the mistake right. In the end, I am a very satisfied customer once again!
