“We came home and found our heat was out at 3:30 pm. I called A&E. They were on site by 5:00. They made a quick repair but told me that it would fail again within a couple of months or maybe tomorrow and that the furnace needed to be replaced. It was 18 years old so wasn't shocked. Heat went out again that night. A&E showed up at 7:30 am and installed new furnace. Way beyond what I expected. Great communication and great service.“

“**** Update 3.5.24 irving contacted me he sent 2 techs out to check the saftey after i called back in and was worried about the gas leak. The guys replaced the fittings and tested for gas leaks. Irving has been in contact w me since and has come back out to eval the water heater. He is working to make things right and to get my littles and i taken care of. He has been very kind and even came out at 630 one evening so that i didnt have to miss work.****,*I would never recommend anyone to use this company.They replaced my workimg furnace and water heater. Just over a year later I turn on my heat and I have no heat in the back half of my house and my water heater is leaking all over. I called just now and they said it will be $149 just to dispatch a service guy + the cost of labor. did they install the equipment wrong knowing that I'd have to pay more money for them to service it?“
