We came home and found our heat was out at 3:30 pm. I called A&E. They were on site by 5:00. They made a quick repair but told me that it would fail again within a couple of months or maybe tomorrow and that the furnace needed to be replaced. It was 18 years old so wasn't shocked. Heat went out again that night. A&E showed up at 7:30 am and installed new furnace. Way beyond what I expected. Great communication and great service.

Thank you so much AE. David and Jordan did a great job communicating, provided excellent service, and provided several options on how to solve the problem with my furnace, ultimately giving me the choice on what products to purchase and how I want my furnace to be fixed.

Had A&E heating and cooling come out to replace an air conditioner and furnace for me. Joe and his team were responsive, showed up on time, house looked as if they were never there, but now it has heat! Everything has been working well so far!
