I found the drain full of water and Robbie thoroughly investigated, acknowledging the factors he didn't know yet. I asked for a second opinion & Frank from More Than Plumbing came out, explained why warranty would not cover changing out galvanized pipes, & why faucets were not cover, made complete sense, but no one else took time to explain, so I got a reasonable quote, not much more than what I received 8 years prior, & as he was in crawl, notice gas pipes were bad. Scheduled a day to come out, do all that, faucets, & move the pipe under my kitchen sink that the remodeling co messed up. They even switched out my shower for free. The guys were great, put in a rough 10 hours & still had a 40 minute drive home. They went above & beyond. See water pipes below.“
