I had a couple faucets leaking & discoloration from faucet in bath. Called my warranty company., they sent out a plumbing co that gave me the run around, I have a crawl. I asked for a second opinion & Frank from More Than Plumbing came out, explained why warranty would not cover changing out galvanized pipes, & why faucets were not cover, made complete sense, but no one else took time to explain, so I got a reasonable quote, not much more than what I received 8 years prior, & as he was in crawl, notice gas pipes were bad. More than plumbing was assigned to us by AHS. Connor was very professional in explaining the problem with our water heater, which needed to be replaced. He was upfront with how much of the work may be out of pocket and was dead on with his estimate. He also arrived to do the replacement and did an excellent job.
They did a great job for me. I had Frank do some work, he did a number of items, installed facet, install water line to fridge, set up slop sink for washer dryer, and most of all fixed a prior plumbing screw up and he re did the piping for one of our bathrooms. Ask for Frank to take care of you.
