We just bought a house back in June and experienced a sewage backup in our basement not long after. We couldn’t even get a snake through the pipes due to a crumbling plumbing infrastructure that we weren’t aware of.
These guys replaced the portion of my pipes to be able to fix the issue under our concrete slab and Rich gave us such a reasonable price.

I had a bad ejector pump, and Frank was able to get the parts and install it in a very short amount of time. He explained everything that he was doing and show me what was wrong. He was able to go and get the parts that he needed and installed our new pump in a short amount of time. This is the second time that I’ve had More Than Plumbing come to my home and both times I’ve had a very, very positive experience and I would recommend them to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
We had a warranty company send out John. He was personable, professional and figured a way to get what we needed done in a way that would be covered by the home warranty. Great experience.
