I have American Home Shield and have been having great difficulty working with them. They directed us to More Than Plumbing in Utica and unfortunately they were too far away from where we live so they could not help us. However, they still helped us by communicating directly with AHS on our behalf and got us another provider. Their receptionist is extremely nice and helped so much. Thank You More Than Plumbing
Frank was awesome. He fixed our shower that we didn't even call about and diagnosed our other problem.
AHS doesn't cover grout unfortunately but that doesn't have anything to do with this company.
I had a couple faucets leaking & discoloration from faucet in bath. Called my warranty company., they sent out a plumbing co that gave me the run around, I have a crawl. I asked for a second opinion & Frank from More Than Plumbing came out, explained why warranty would not cover changing out galvanized pipes, & why faucets were not cover, made complete sense, but no one else took time to explain, so I got a reasonable quote, not much more than what I received 8 years prior, & as he was in crawl, notice gas pipes were bad. Scheduled a day to come out, do all that, faucets, & move the pipe under my kitchen sink that the remodeling co messed up. They even switched out...read full review
