“Gregg R and Jon R We’re here with me this week doing a remodel on my bathroom. Both of them were very professional, nice and friendly. Didn’t mind the occasional hello from the dog. They took care to keep things neat and clean and every day they were here when they went home, they made sure things were picked up. I appreciate that very much. My bathroom looks beautiful. Was able to keep sentimental tiling in place and the whole thing was just seamless. I would also like to thank Dean who did our estimates and came over. Dean, you are incredibly easy to work with and enjoyed spending time and talking with you about the process and everything. So far, not disappointed at all! “We chose MGC Granite and Design based on a reommendation from a friend and from the cabinet shop we used. Im glad we did. Kelly was our sales rep and she was phenominal. She was more than accomidating. She met with us after hours, she took her time and was patient with us as we looked at all the slabs and samples they had. She explained the differences in material, edges, sinks, faucets, etc. Start to finish she was wonderful 10/10! Once we chose our material Kris came to the house to measure and template. He was polite, prompt, on time and professional and the counters fit perfect! Eric and John were the installers. They sure made it look easy. Had the counters and back splashes installed in no time flat! The guys were polite and cordial and they were at my home exactly when they said they would be and left my kitchen cleaner than when they had arrived. “THIS IS THE REAL PREMIER and they are solid. A canvasser came to my home looking to give a quote wearing a shirt that stated Premier. He and I then had a verbal altercation which led to me calling this company by accident. The call center was extremely kind and patient with me as I described what happened. Later in the evening, the owner took time out of his night and called me to talk about it. The entire time he was awesome and making sure that his company was doing what was right. It turns out, another company is using a similar name and causing confusion for customer. Please make sure to call this Premier, they will do right by you every time.“

“On December 5th 2026, I called Richards & Swift to have someone come out and give me an estimate on a roof replacement. About 15 minutes later, I get a call from Jim Swift and he says he could come at 10:00am if I’m going to be home. Jim shows up on time and does about a 20 minute tour of my roof. He comes in and gives me a no nonsense quote of 3 prices…good, better and best depending on which shingles we decided on. A deal was made and the roof was installed 2 days later on December 7th. The dumpster, delivery of the shingles and the roofers all showed up before 8:30am. The crew worked long and hard all day and our home looks beautiful. Everything was picked up afterwards making sure it looked just as it did when they arrived. I would recommend this company with a 5 star review and would not hesitate to use them again.“

I upgraded to the atkis blocks which are more on the privacy side but also a cute design. Airvents are a must! They help get the musty smells out. The covers help the peastone stay clean.
