Tom and Zach came out to my house to inspect and service both of my fireplaces. They were amazing! They laid down drop cloth and kept my house very clean. They even filled mortar into a few areas (all included in their service price). Tom spoke to me about some concerns and how to go about improving the chimney to keep cold air from coming into my basement. He game me all of the options and most were things I could do on my own. They even pointed out how my chimney had a flat spot and how to better position the logs to keep any smoke from traveling into the house when I have a natural fire. Top notch for sure and I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you Coachlight for running such an incredible business!
Had a chimney cleaning. Zach was on time, friendly and very helpful. He explained simply what I needed to do to maintain with ambers and pebbles, rearranged the logs, touched up mortar, cleaned the chimney and more. Easy payment with multiple methods. Would highly recommend Coachlight.
Such an amazing company! From start to finish, they are kind, friendly, professional and very good at what they do! We were scheduled for a 10:30-12 window. Showed up right at 10:30 and were very efficient! They explained what they did and made sure we know how to care for our fireplace. They are a company who wants to care for you, not just do a service and leave.
Bonus that they took the time to answer all of my 4 year old’s questions and comments. They were wonderful and have a customer for as long as we have a fireplace!
