“Scott is great to work with. Very responsive, respectful and more than accommodating in scheduling and was early! He messaged me about an hour ahead of the appointment time and asked if it was OK as he was a little ahead of schedule.He is very personable and can hold a conversation AND get the work done! He wasn't bothered or annoyed that I was observing and asking questions and he was attentive to a few old stains.I have bad allergies to perfumes and was a little worried about scents, I didn't tell him that information, I didn't have any adverse reactions and the house just smelled freshly cleaned.I really do need to replace the 20+ and 30+ year old carpet that he miraculously revived as I haven't finished up some remodeling projects but didn't want the grandkids crawling around on them for Christmas!I was amazed! Sadly, I will probably be able to keep putting off finishing up those projects for just a little while longer!This IS a real review, there are still people out there that take pride in their work, Scott is one of them!I will definitely be recommending him and keeping his number handy.“
