I've had a lot of pets that left stains. Then stains from stuff spilling. Every time they come out they spray some solution first then they have this vacuums thing that he says that is a steamer and its in the 150's or 200 degrees I may be wrong but its something high it not kills all the germs and bacteria but gets all the stains out matched with the carpet cleaner. I'm seeing them next week I'm paying out of pocket for me because my apartment just paid for them to get it cleaned but due to new furniture I moved stuff around so there stains showing now. Their prices are more than reasonable and the person that comes out is super friendly. Bought numerous carpet cleaners and none of them can do what this company does and it lasts for a long time the carpets clean as long as you keep it clean.“
