“Third time using Zero rez for carpet cleaning, we have been very happy with the service and results. My only complaint this time was that my originally scheduled time was canceled due to a family emergency, but they failed to let me know that until I called at the end of the 2 hour window when they were supposed to show up. This was a major inconvenience as we have to move furniture, vacuum,etc all with 4 little kids. They did offer me a discount but then I had to remind them about it at payment time as it wasn't reflected in my final invoice 🙄”
