“We had 5 star service and pricing when we had issues with our boiler, but 3 star service and pricing for plumbing. We were left scratching our heads as to why the face plate on our shower handle just dangled in space leaving a large gap behind it. Our shower was unusable. Then I realized he put the handle sleeve/stem on backwards. A quick fix once I realized the plumber's mistake, but why did I have to find and fix the mistake? I probably should have replaced the valve myself (I have before, I just did not think that I had the time to do it).”
“Very quick response to request for dryer vent cleaning quote and appointment. Very nice and professional service. Highly recommend.”
