“Great experience when I brought one of my 6 Siamese cats in today on an emergency basis for the very first time. The entire staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Dr. Guild was very professional, courteous and was very thorough when checking on my cat. He is going to have some dental work after we get his bloodwork back and get the go ahead but I was super impressed. So happy with the visit I am taking all of my 6 cats and transferring all of their records to this practice. Not happy with my previous vet and the way I was treated over the phone with a sick cat no less but Dr. Guild and the staff never made us feel like that. Very welcoming and took care of my baby. Emily and the rest of the staff was extremely thoughtful and considerate, and I could not have asked for a better experience.
