“We had the best experience with this company. They were quick to get us scheduled and got the job done FAST. They were at our home for just a single day and left our yard exactly how they found it. I think we found one single shingle left in a bush. My neighbors recently got their roof done by a different company and the most annoying part was that it was days of disturbance- not just the noise required to actually build the roof, but also workers arguing. Billy’s Roofing was quick and efficient which limited the time they were causing a disturbance, and the workers were professional. In addition, we thought the price was very fair and the end result looked awesome! I never thought I’d be excited about a new roof, but it makes me happy every time I see it! “My project with Creative Deign & Build was putting in 2 stone retainer walls and stone steps down to the back yard, also new yard lights front and back. The finished job looks great. Their people were easy and great to work with, especially the Supervisor on site, I think his name was Tony. Stephen is easy to work with, made design suggestions along the way, and made himself available as needed. This is my 2nd project with Creative Design & Build. The reason I went with them again is a good job the first time, ease of working with them and TRUST.“

I had several leaks and needed a few things corrected. He was professional explained everything he was doing and also taught me how to light the pilot. “Jay-Bilt just finished working on a complete renovation of our primary bathroom. We had a really big space to work with that was just not well utilized. Jim and his crew did a complete tear down to the studs and rebuilt our bathroom with a much more efficient and beautiful design with updated touches that have really turned that space into a very luxurious spa-like feel. We were able to add a sauna into the extra space and while installing that was very new to us, Jim found a way to build it in that blended so beautifully with the bathroom that it looks like it was always there. Jim and Jay-Bilt were really a pleasure to work with. Any problems that arose, they handled quickly and professionally. We appreciated that unlike many contractors, they did not try to nickle and dime us and stuck pretty tightly to the original quote that they provided which was fair and complete. All of the sub contractors Jim brought in were good and the work that was done has far exceeded our expectations. We hope to work with Jay Bilt again in the near future!“

They even took care of issues that arose during the project and addressed those as well.. Joe presented me with an assortment of decor samples and colors for every project he did and never made me feel like I had to make a decision about something if I didn’t like it. Pricing was very reasonable better than most contracting companies. He specializes is flooring, carpentry, masonry work, painting , electrical , plumbing , anything you can think of! I would give this company 10 stars if I could! Very respectable and outgoing!“

“I had used Sol Con (Dave) for an insulation job in my previous home about 20 years ago. He did a great job then and did a great job now on my current home. I had kept his receipt because he really was exceptional; he responded promptly for an estimate, prices were fair and reasonable and he showed up when he said he would. I haven't had a more reliable contractor than Dave. We noticed a difference in the temperature in our home the same day. Dave's grandson helps him on some of the jobs. His grandson was so pleasant, polite and a hard worker. A true asset to Dave's business.
