“Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Vet was knowledgeable and interacted with my blind dogs and they were comfortable. Clinic is very clean and is set up well for entry and exit. Told them I'm on a budget and they explained recommended basic services and gratefully there was no hard sell to do more than I was comfortable with doing. Highly recommend.”

“I have been going to bay valley for going on 6 years for my sheltie...Winnie.. they have always been wonderful on every level..yesterday Winnie was choking she needed to go to in immediately. They took her in got the piece of dog treat unlodged from her and she is ok..and they even took xray to insure she was ok...and then they said no charge..I am just beyond thankful...thank you Bay Valley staff thank you!!!!😄😄”
