The front office at Animal Alley was very empathetic and was able to squeeze Finn in for an urgent-care appointment. Wait time was minimal and once he was in the exam room he was attended to without interruption. After treatment, he is once again healthy. All the staff ~ from the receptionists to the techs to the doctors ~ were good listeners and treated Finn with the utmost care.
Had a great experience with Dr Kokenakes. She was very thorough and listened to all my concerns. When my dog was taken in back for lab work, rather than escaping the room with the technician as most vets would do, she stayed in the room and answered all my questions. Coming from a veterinary background where I am used to being involved in every aspect of my dogs care, it is hard to hand over the reins to someone else, but Animal Alley and Dr. Kokenakes make me feel very confident and at ease that they are taking great care of my kids!

My fur baby is always treated with kindness, respect & love by every member of the staff at Animal Ally. Dr VanDaele is gentle, thorough, and wise in his care of Sophie and patient with her anxiety. He answers any question I have and is reassuring when it’s something serious. She’s had surgery there twice when very young and her care was exemplary. I’d never trust her care to anyone else.
