They did a great job pulling about 100 porcupine quills from our dog and stapling 2 big cut he had. It’s an ER for animals. Don’t expect it to be cheap and don’t expect to hover over them while they work.

I recently had to rush my fur child Macho to these lovely ladies who made my visit easy though I had to send him over the rainbow. Just today I received a sympathy card in the mail with all the love from the staff I will take my furrbabies here any day. Thank you ladies.

Tonight we had to say good buy to my Rambo he was my baby been with me since he was 4 weeks he had serious health issues and when we called Great Lakes they were very understanding and informative! While Rambo was a 16 year old kitty he had a lot of spunk as we got to their office they explained everything and were very kind and caring through the process answered all of my questions and loved on Rambo themeselves! Thank you guys for making the process as calming and relaxing as it could be for him !
