I want to thank Great Lakes Pet Emergencies for their compassionate, kind care in seeing our sweet Yellow Labrador Toby. We had to make the very heartbreaking decision to let him go, due to age and the pain he was in. Dr Dr. Matt Bullock and his staff were so kind, patient and professional with us. They were there when we needed them for our beloved boy Toby and did all they could for us. Thank you for the very kind card you sent us. We will alway remember Toby and the humanity and caring you showed our pet. Dr Bullock is definitely one of the best.

Nothing different than other emergency vet service. They have friendly staff for the most part, the vet I was being helped by seemed kinda judgemental with any concerns or questions I had but otherwise, besides losing my pet, they did what they could and had a nice cremation option. Don't plan on being back but I wouldn't rule it out for future emergencies.

I can't really acount for other people experiences here, but i just had to put my dog down here. We came in for an emergancy visit and were barely able to scrounge up the money to even bring my boy to any vet. Because of the unexpected news of having to put him down along with meds the totally came out to double what we had on us. They gave us basically a 50% discount and gave us plenty of time with my boy before he had to go. I can't thank them enough for making this difficult time a little bit easier for us
