Best vet I've ever been to. Vet tech Kristen truly cares for your pet as much as you do. I appreciate their level of care and urgency. Even following up with an emergency visit days later to ensure everything is going well. I definitely recommend Bay Valley Animal Hospital for all emergency or non emergency visits.

I recently moved back to Bay City and a good friend of mine recommended Bay Valley Animal Hospital for Tater Tot's needs. I'm so happy I went there. The staff was amazing upon arrival and the doctor was great. He explained everything thoroughly and now my dog is on the mend.

I took my newly adopted stray cat in to get treated for worms, fleas and to get neutered. The staff is absolutely fabulous. They kept me up to date on everything they treated cat with and when they gave me a price they stuck to it and didn't charge anymore. They were quick to get the cat in and I appreciate everything they did. Also I boarded my cat for a few days after surgery and they took great care of him and gave him lots of love and attention. I will be back.
