I have been going to bay valley for going on 6 years for my sheltie...Winnie.. they have always been wonderful on every level..yesterday Winnie was choking she needed to go to in immediately. They took her in got the piece of dog treat unlodged from her and she is ok..and they even took xray to insure she was ok...and then they said no charge..I am just beyond thankful...thank you Bay Valley staff thank you!!!!😄😄
The staff and doctors are kind, caring and love the pets who are their patients! My 2 schnauzers love going for their check ups or if there is urgent care needed. Jack my younger schnauzer had swollen foot pad and he couldn’t walk on it. Today, swelling is down and walking on all 4 legs without pain due to RX of antibiotics and anti inflammatory. Thank you taking care of my fur babies!
Had a great vet tech today Tina. She was really listening to my concerns about my dog & his only aggression which is towards cats. And recommended getting a muzzle for when I let him out to potty. Thanks so much no more worrying when I let him out.
