Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Vet was knowledgeable and interacted with my blind dogs and they were comfortable. Clinic is very clean and is set up well for entry and exit. Told them I'm on a budget and they explained recommended basic services and gratefully there was no hard sell to do more than I was comfortable with doing. Highly recommend.
I live close to Tawas and I have a puppy that has been hurt needing attention and care. I couldn’t find a single vet in my area and they had at least 10 in my surrounding area that are not taken new animals.
So I found valley animal clinic
It’s a hour drive in each direction but they were able to treat my puppy and get him updated with his inoculation and gave me some antibiotics so his wound can heal. Amazing how everyone there was able to help and make it easy to find care

My dog has anxiety. Which makes taking him anywhere special the vet a nightmare. Most vets won't touch him without sedation even when muzzled. The staff at Valley animal clinic was amazing. They even examined him outside to ease his anxiety and when he is better we are going to try and help him with his fears. They understood money was an issue and did what they could to keep te cost down. Thank you so much for being so kind to me and my fur baby. I'm glad I found a vet that see my dog and not just dollar signs.
