Jacques was fabulous—cheerful, competent, knowledgeable, and he left my bathroom cleaner than he found it. The job wasn’t as smooth sailing as it first appeared, but jacque met every challenge. He also showed me where the shut off valve for my house was located and shaved off a shim that was sticking out under the vanity. Mitch the Plumber exceeded my expectations!
I have worked with Mitch and the team on multiple projects now and am always satisfied with their work. Max and Ryan did an incredible joint installing a new clean out joint that was in the concrete left surroundings clean and tidy despite needing to hammer into the concrete floor.
Jacques recently installed a new garbage disposal, walked me through all the tips and tricks with the new disposal and made sure I had the paperwork for warranty registration.
We have used this plumbing service before with good results so we called them again. They did not disappoint. Jacques showed up on time as promised and did a very thorough job of unclogging our kitchen drain. He spent extra time in the basement with the clean out trap to make sure the clog was cleared. He was very courteous and did a great job cleaning up after. I would recommend.
