we’re long term clients of this banfield, from back when it was inside petsmart. love the convenience of drop off appointments. wait times can sometimes be long, but it’s because they spend a quality amount of time with each client. they’re always very accommodating to us. highly recommend their wellness plans to maximize the value of your pets healthcare.

Great experience with my pets care. They always did a great job and we were clients for several years. Sometimes the wait time got to be too long, but most of the time they were on time. I recently visited and found out my dog was very sick (already old) and was suffering. I made the decision to let him cross the rainbow bridge and the staff was so kind and warm. I know people don't like to think about putting down a pet, but they made this experience less painful by being patient, answering all of my questions, and they let me hold and comfort my dog in the process. Always a long wait, and they are always overbooked and understaffed! which means your baby will need to be in a chaotic kennel for much longer than needed. The location is good, vey is good, but everything else is not.
