While I am certain some folks are okay with a primarily technical/ physiological clinic to tend to their pets, I would advise caution when it comes to this location. I used this facility for my service girl twice and was done after their veterinarian had tended her the second time.The Vet told me they took rectal temps, had to shave the area they were treating, used at least one sedative and antibiotics shot, finally placing the "cone of shame" on her at the end of the procedure. I took my dog to Dr. Sutton for about 6 months. Everything was great and the staff were very kind to her. However, when she fell very ill and needed the most care, we were completely abandoned. We called several times, left voicemails, but not response or follow-up. Luckily, the ladies at Compassionate Care stepped in to keep her comfortable in her last few weeks. We never heard from anyone at Parkway again.

Dr Sutton has cared for my dog twice when we were in town and had unexpected need of a vet. Diagnosis, treatment, and meds were well explained. Blazer and I were very happy with the care received
