Heating & CoolingThey arrived just a few hours after I called and were 1/2 the price of what Canfield charged for a service call.My furnace was not keeping up and he explained in layman’s terms what was happening and fixed it on spot.SO KNOWLEDGEABLE!The big thank you is:1. I only expected he would look at my furnace and he checked our water heater and let us know information on that. (It’s old - run it until it dies) did learn more info on that and was helpful. As a 1st time homeowner I really appreciated him going above and beyond.2. Found TWO unrelated water leaks that we had no idea about in our storage/furnace room. He does not do plumbing but referred us to Lowel Plumbing. I never would have found them for years or until the mold started to grow!3. He noticed severed fuel oil tank lines that had been severed next to the furnace. He recommended we ask our realtor if we still have a buried tank or if the old owners removed. Again- 1st time homeowner, thankful to even know what that is!Went above and beyond and even gave us rough quotes for upgrading when I asked so we can budget for future.
