I accidentally called the owners phone and he helped me after hours. Very pleasant and helpful and went out of his way! The 2 young gentlemen that serviced my wood stove insert were very knowledgeable, very nice, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company to all my friends!!
Excellent service from start to finish. I had a Harman Pellet Stove insert added to my fireplace. Adam was my contact from the start and Nick and Noah were the installers. From start to finish it was excellent service. I waited far too long to put this stove in and what a difference it is, compared to forced air.
Excellent customer service. I was able to get on their schedule immediately (within a week) and just had my repair visit completed with Nick and Noah. They both were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repairs with minimal out of pocket to me. Highly recommend this company.
