Very thankful for Arctic Inc. Heating & CoolingThey arrived just a few hours after I called and were 1/2 the price of what Canfield charged for a service call.My furnace was not keeping up and he explained in layman’s terms what was happening and fixed it on spot.SO KNOWLEDGEABLE!The big thank you is:1. I only expected he would look at my furnace and he checked our water heater and let us know information on that. (It’s old - run it until it dies) did learn more info on that and was helpful. I phoned Steve in the evening on Thursday because my AC was not working. He was here early the next morning and installed a capacitor and changed a fuse that had blown. He was quick to respond and I am grateful for his honesty and efficiency.Service: A/C system maintenance

I've used Steve to service my old furnace before I purchased my new from him which he installed a couple years ago. Once he actually gave me instructions over the phone to fix an issue with my old unit to save me the service call. He's a very stand up guy. Always satisfied with his work. Reliable and competitive pricing. I would recommend him to anyone.
