During a winter storm, our furnace needed repair after a power surge caused by downed wires. We called at 7:45 am on Saturday and Jonathan was investigating by 11:30 am. He was friendly and respectful, clearly communicating as he worked. The damage to our furnace was significant and he had to come and go several times, again explaining the reasons for the extensive repairs. He drove to Grand Rapids, called to get a part from a nearby coworker and worked with another one to get a final needed part from Grand Rapids. This is the second time Frontier Heating and Cooling has come through for us! The first time was last winter when our system went out during a horrible storm. They gave us the best quote and came through with the MOST professional sales AND service.The second time was just now as we are selling our house. They came through with shining colors in our most stressful times!
