They do appointments only, by phone or be there before they open. Spots fill up quick ( they open at 8 a.m and usually booked by 9 a.m) but if you get a spot you will not be disappointed
The owner was able to see me the same day, she did a great job making my long hair into a pixie cut, she took the time to ask me if I needed anything changed, and was attentive on what style I was going for! Thank you for a great salon experience!

This was my second time getting my nipples pierced, the first time being done in another shop which I had bad experiences with. This experience was so much better. The owner explained everything to me, gave more information than the previous shop ever did, and he was extremely professional. While I hope to never have to get them pierced again, if I do, I’ll definitely be coming back here.

I wish i could give more then 5 stars. We had a foot of sewage water in our basement for 4 days. We had been dealing with the problem for three weeks. A plumbing company we used as a emergency call out of grand rapids set a emergency dig to replace our sewer main for another 5 days out. We called Butcher out of desperation after getting recommations about them from people we worked with, and turned out to be the best phone call we could have made. They were to our home in two hours. Drained our basement of sewage, even washed the floor with a hose. Cleaned out the clog. They cameraed our line twice, and did it again with us to show us our sewer main was fine. It was poor clean out of sludge by the grand rapids based company that was the problem. We tested the sewer main hard today. 6 loads of laundry, multiple showrs, and a load in the dishwasher. No sewer back up. Please call Butcher Excavating for any outside the home plumbing needs. Their service and price can not be beat. They know what they are doing and will not steer you wrong. They saved us $14500 in unnecessary sewer line replacement. Thank you Butcher Excavating.

After I got it out they wouldn't give me another date to install it so I called Adam's and they can right over and did it and had no issues. They are so friendly and efficient. Love this place

I generally don't make appointments, and just walk in, I have had good experiences and not so good. Yesterday I went in for a Pedi, and Andy was the one I had. He was amazing, I believe in all the years of getting a pedi this was by far the best. In the future I will be making appointments with Andy! He took his time, and did an amazing job.
