A huge shout out to Ross and the Security Septic team!! They went above and beyond anything we could have asked and exceeded our expectations at every turn. Late afternoon on a Friday, going into a busy weekend, our grease interceptor was full and plugged and overflowing. If we had not received the prompt follow-up and remarkable service Security Septic and Ross provided, the Isabella County Restoration House kitchen and food service areas would have been closed for who knows how long.
Ross was professional, engaging with our staff and guests, and did a remarkable job of correcting the issue and helping us set up a service schedule to ensure this doesn't happen again.
