The blower motor went out on our furnace last week and of course, it's peak winter cold. I called all over trying to find someone who could come check it out and couldn't find anyone that could come the same day unless I paid after hours emergency rates. I left a message with Elite and they called back within 15 min and the owner himself came out within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem, had the part in stock the next day, and fixed by the following day. Thanks to Elite for taking time out of their packed schedule to rescue us so that my family did not have to go without heat. I highly recommend them. Wonderful customer service, extensive knowledge, and very professional.

3rd party vendors scratched up our brand new durastone countertops and americast sent out Desmond to fix them for us. He spent hours buffing out all of the scratches and not only did the countertops have a mirror finish when he left but he was incredibly conscientious about keeping the dust out of everything. Everything was masked and it was all cleaned up really well when he was done. I don’t recommend many vendors but Desmond is top notch and he’s really going places. Id have him back for future repairs in a heartbeat. If Americast is reading this, he deserves a promotion!

I highly recommend RedBloom Yoga! The variety of classes are accessible for all levels of practice. I especially love ALL of the 9am classes (including Tai Chi) and the Thursday 5:30pm class. The instructors are kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable. I started with the New Client Welcome Package of $33 for one-month of unlimited classes. I have since purchased another month of unlimited classes. I look forward to and am highly satisfied with each class I attend.
