I've never been inside of this place, only passing by, however, the ladies always wave at me as if they know me, and that's a nice feeling. I can imagine their work with attitudes like that toward folks they don't know. It be willing to give them a try.

Katie is my stylist and she does a great job; she's both personable and attentive. The salon is in a nicely renovated historic building and does have a step up to enter at the rear entrance--the front is more accessible if a step is a problem. Alma's downtown area is lovely.
