I wish i could give more then 5 stars. We had a foot of sewage water in our basement for 4 days. We had been dealing with the problem for three weeks. A plumbing company we used as a emergency call out of grand rapids set a emergency dig to replace our sewer main for another 5 days out. We called Butcher out of desperation after getting recommations about them from people we worked with, and turned out to be the best phone call we could have made. They were to our home in two hours. Drained our basement of sewage, even washed the floor with a hose. Cleaned out the clog. They cameraed our line twice, and did it again with us to show us our sewer main was fine. Joe, Jennifer and the crew at Butcher Excavation did an outstanding job getting the waterline fixed at my residence.They were Professional, Friendly and got the job done in a timely manner…even considering it was during an upcoming holiday weekend.Can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend calling them for any Excavating needs.
We had no water, main line broke inside. Butcher sent a man out promptly worked with the city & we had not only water but great water pressure now. Would recommend them to all my family, friends & neighbors.
