“Great company to work with! They do quality work, and their finished projects look great. I really appreciate that they don’t just focus on making a house look good—they put effort into making the homes better, stronger, and more structurally sound. You can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend!”
“Anna was very attentive to our needs. She especially helpful in helping us purchase the home long distance.”
“Mark Brace far exceeded my expectations in selling a family member's home in record time for way over asking. Everything was handled smoothly and remotely as I live out of state. Mark even arranged to get the house emptied out by a trusted mover to make the viewings easier and free of distractions. I really liked getting frequent spreadsheets with feedback from many of the potential buyers of the property---a first in my long experience with realtors. I did fly in for the closing which was also fast, efficient and very friendly. For buyers, sellers and investors, I wholeheartedly recommend Mark Brace and his team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices!”
