“OK, so let me tell you a story. I had an agent that I was using because he was nice and we were friends. I used him for about a year. He would get me maybe one or two viewings a month. After a year I realized I had the wrong person. I found Lisa after seeing her at a showing and liking how knowledgeable and positive she is. She is very eager to sell and has all kinds of techniques that she uses that the other real estate agents don't know or use. Needless to say, as soon as I signed her, she had people going through my house immediately. I would guess at least four showings a week. It took her about a month or maybe three weeks to sell my house. I could not recommend a better agent and will use her every time. If I could rate her 100 stars I would and she would deserve every one.“

“Hagan Realty is top tier in my book. The best in East Lansing. It's a family owned business. The Hagan brothers really take pride in their properties. They actually care, unlike some slum lords around here who shall remain nameless.Hagan Realty maintenance is excellent as well. Nice group of guys, they actually know what they're doing. They are qualified, unlike some slum lords around here who hire one man as maintenance. He becomes theplumber, electrician, pest control, and the list goes on. Even though he is not qualified and has no idea what he is doing. That slum lord shall remain nameless. Also Hagan's maintenance has worked for the business for a long time, that tells me how great Hagan Realty is. Plus maintenance had only kind things to say about the brothers.A lot of landlords around East Lansing are just about the money. They do nothing to their properties, but expect rent each month. Not the Hagan brothers. They actually put time and money into their properties by taking care of them.If I have any issue with my place, I send an email. Literally maintenance is out the very next day. Fast service. I can't say that about other places I've stayed. I have lived in East Lansing for awhile. I've lived in different places all around here and dealt with different landlords . Let me tell you, they were the slummest of the slum. So I know what I am talking about. It truly will not get any better than Hagan Realty. The brothers are honest, kind, and overall awesome! I plan to stay with this family owned business for as long as I'm East Lansing.“
