“We woke up this morning to my bedroom filling with the smell of something electrical burning. Thankfully we were able to find the source quickly. My hot water tank completely died and I was left trying to find someone on extremely short notice to help change out the tank. I was given Bissonnette’s Plumbing as a reference. “Donna was amazing answering all of my questions even though we made more than 1 trip there. No matter how many times we came back they were there to answer anything we came up with. I was very impressed with the help we got here and how much they were willing to answer any question we came up with. We did make the choice to purchase our wood stove here and have had no regrets. The only issue I had was the company that is sub contracted , this gentleman was high strung and was in hurry to get in and out, he complained the whole time ( about 45 minutes from start to finish). I do recommend this company for your next purchase. I would go back in the future hands down.“

“The current average score is deceiving. Mr. Reid was super! He dropped in to check on things just because he was in the area.

He installed hydroradiant heating, believe me there is a LOT of knobs and valves but he took me through every step and it turned out to be so simple. I'm due for my first annual maintenance call, this first year couldn't have gone better.
