“Christian was prompt and courteous. He corrected the remote setting to take care of the over heating issue and cleaned both units. He explained the efficient use of the heat pumps. I would have scored a 5, but that he had to leave for 20 minutes or so to recover a tool or something that he forgot to bring.“
