“From the initial contact to the survey to the installation, we could not be happier with our heat pump installation. As quoted and 5 units installed in less than 1 day. Heat Pumps of Maine delivered everything promised plus. The crew was top notch. The electrical sub contractor that they use exclusively was also terrific. Great company’s without standing customer service. We recommend this company if you are thing of installing heat pumps in your home or business.”
“Outstanding service. I dealt w a number of people. They all listened carefully to what I wanted. They explained the pros and cons of my options. They communicated w each other and the other vendors. There were no communication issues. Everything was completed in the time frame that we agreed on. The bill was exactly the same as the estimates and each item was clearly explained. I made some changes during the process. I contacted them evenings and weekends. I received immediate responses.”
