I recently attended the Saturday breathwork class at Maine Hatha Yoga, and the experience was truly restorative. What made this session stand out was the exceptional harmony between the instructor's delivery and the beautiful live soundscape.
The instructor, Angela, created a deeply safe and focused environment. 26 +2 =90 minutes. This is taught with integrity. Every teacher adds their style but it is this basic bare bones class that brings me back for over 10 years now. The studio is clean and engaging. I highly recommend an Angela class. She gets you to dig deep whether physically or mentally or both. That is a unique talent. Enjoy my experience every class. Thank you.
