“In an emergency situation, with a broken pipe in my house and no water following a couple of the coldest days in state history, I was in desperate need of a plumber. I found out that the one we had previously used had retired, leaving me to call a number of local plumbers who I had no experience with. None of them answered the phone or returned messages, except one company who told me that since I wasn't an existing customer it would be at least a week to come out. To a house without water. Luckily, my wife received a recommendation to call Johnson Plumbing, and not only did they actually answer the phone, they told me they'd be out as soon as possible. I received a text message less than two hours later telling me they were on their way. They were then able to find the broken pipe and also repair it that same day. Amazing customer service. Kept us appraised of every step, were extremely personable and even cleaned up after themselves. I literally cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thanks again for everything! -Mark“
