Well for those of you who are about to write more bad reviews just know that he is a busy man and my dad he may not be right there at you first call but he will be there at some point to finish things. You now may be also thinking how can someone manage a job and a kid its called fitting things in, I may not see my dad sometimes because of personal reasons but that doesn't really matter to me what matters is that he is a well working man and will get the job done no matter what. Not only that but if he pulls out of a project that doesn't mean that he didn't want to do it means that he just didn't have the time he gets up extremely early to do his job and goes to bed late most of the time especially when I would spend the night. So before you speak THINK, T- IS IT TRUE, H- IS IT HELPFUL, I- IS IT INSPIRING , N- IS IT NECESSARY, K- IS IT KIND. “In an emergency situation, with a broken pipe in my house and no water following a couple of the coldest days in state history, I was in desperate need of a plumber. I found out that the one we had previously used had retired, leaving me to call a number of local plumbers who I had no experience with. None of them answered the phone or returned messages, except one company who told me that since I wasn't an existing customer it would be at least a week to come out. To a house without water. Luckily, my wife received a recommendation to call Johnson Plumbing, and not only did they actually answer the phone, they told me they'd be out as soon as possible. I received a text message less than two hours later telling me they were on their way. They were then able to find the broken pipe and also repair it that same day. Amazing customer service. Kept us appraised of every step, were extremely personable and even cleaned up after themselves. I literally cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thanks again for everything! -Mark“
