“Ok, update, the same day I posted the previous review I got a text from Gammon's saying that the owner was going to try to come by to take a look. He arrived that evening around 7:30pm, very pleasant man, very sorry to hear about the things that had happened in the past as he was apparently unaware. I apologized that he had to come out so late and his reply was "I am a business owner that what is what I do". He discovered that there was a refrigerant leak and then said he would return the next day as he did not have the tools to fix it with him. I was not going to be there in the morning but he was okay with my 2 very large dogs, and by the time I got back from my class that morning the unit had been repaired and I had AC!!!! So, in all fairness, my review based on this last visit is a 5. I still can not ignore the prior issues but I feel as if the owner of the company does care and wants to do the right thing. There was no charge for this visit.“

Whenever we've needed service on our furnace, they have been there to solve the problem quickly and efficiently. We've not had to worry about scheduling deliveries or running out of fuel. Additionally, the service folks that have responded have always been pleasant, personable, professional and competent.
