Dead River was an excellent choice for our propane service. Corey and Anthony did an excellent job with the installation and stove conversation. If I could choose any installers it would be Corey and Anthony.
Had a quick and easy time switching from my previous propane provider to Dead River. Previous company was charging me $3.32 per gallon and claimed I should be happy with that price. Called Dead River and they said it should be $2.94 - pretty good savings. The account specialist Covell talked me through all my questions, patiently explained the process to switch, emailed back and forth with me, got my online account working. The techs who did the switch were fast, friendly, professional, easy to talk to. And the cherry on top was the 100 free gallon promotion, that was applied to my first delivery. Very happy with the service we have received, especially from the service dept. Have had several service calls recently. Problems seem to have been solved. Service man was here today (1/26/24), and didn't leave until he was sure that it was right.
