I had a thorough evaluation on my initial visit, and a clear treatment plan was developed. What I appreciated most about the team was their holistic approach and continual check-ins with me as the treatment plan evolved on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Honestly, parts of physical therapy program were strenuous, and at times I was discouraged that the pain was lingering. However, I was continually encouraged by the staff that I was indeed still making steps forward. I stuck with the exercises, and worked with them for nearly 6 months. When I finally graduated from physical therapy into a training regimen, I was able to return to playing the sports I loved with more confidence, strength, and considerably less pain than when I started.I would highly recommend LiveVital to anyone who is need of a caring outpatient physical therapy team!“

90 Bridge Street Units 125 and 130, Enter building at door #8, Westbrook“I’d give this place a 100:)
Working with Iron Legion Strength was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and as someone who isn’t a big gym fan, that says a LOT. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, supportive, and genuinely encouraging, nothing like a big, intimidating gym. The staff made it easy to jump in, and I always felt comfortable and motivated, no matter my experience level.
Trevor, the trainer I worked with, is incredible, passionate about his work, endlessly positive, and somehow feels like an old friend you’re excited to see every session. His energy, knowledge, and encouragement made every workout fun and rewarding.
What truly sets Iron Legion apart is not just the coaching or training, but the heart behind it. They do amazing charity and community work, including annual fundraisers like Operation Change to support Make-A-Wish Maine, where every lift helps grant wishes for kids facing critical illnesses. It’s rare to find a gym that builds strength and does so much good in the community.
If you think a gym isn’t for you, come here. You’ll be welcomed with open arms, supported wholeheartedly, and inspired every step of the way. I can’t recommend this place enough!“

29 Pleasant Hill Rd, Scarborough“I would recommend this gym for those who are looking to get one on one training with personal trainers. That being said it's higher in price than most gyms, but the facility is very high end, clean, and has a lot of options because just a workout area, and the fact they have outdoor workout options is great. The inside smoothie bar is also pretty good.“
“I love Limber! Casey Ericson is a chiropractic genius and a genuinely lovely person. Her office staff are terrific and the office is run with great professionalism and warmth. Limber's PT wizard Matt O'Brien is also very gifted, as is their facialist Amy Sedgwick. And the classes are based on the latest science and fun besides.“

126 Brown St, Westbrook“I've known Dave for almost 10 years, most if not all from the same gym we met at. At that time Dave was getting ready for body building competition. Immediately I saw Dave for who he is, a person who cares tremendously about fitness but more importantly his passion to help train others and encourage people to step out of their comfort zone and create the best healthiest version of themselves. Dave has helped me numerous times over the years with my own personal fitness journey and even to this day if I have a specific question about my nutrition or how to mix things up in the gym Dave will never hesitate to help. Dave has dedication, desire, and discipline all the things needed to be the best version of one's self.“

He has extensive knowledge in functional training, movement patterns, and how to optimize your movement so that you can live free of pain.I am a tennis player and Jesse has not only kept me feeling good these last 2 years. He has taught me deep wisdom about how the body generates speed and power. My serve is now 15 mph faster as a result.I recommend him for anyone dealing with mysterious or not so mysterious body pain and any athletes looking to improve at their chosen sport.Amazing resource to have in Scarborough Maine.“
